When I first went to Jay I just came off an injury but also wanted to prepare for a physically challenging opportunity that was ahead of me. With Jay’s help I strengthened my injured muscle and was also able to get into far better shape.
Jay worked with me and made a plan which set me up for success. The people here are great and one of the downsides to moving away is that I can’t find another gym like Rowe Fitness.

Favorite place to work out. The group classes are amazing and Jay is an inspirational coach. He knows how to make it fun yet challenging.

Great place to work out, and the owner really cares. He helped me rehabilitate after my double knee and spinal fusion. I highly recommend Rowe Fitness; we're all family here!

Just a small investment into yourself. Jay will set you up for success. Only two weeks into my 42 day challenge and I see results and feel amazing. My goals will be met, and my challenge payment will turn into a credit..... It is a win, win, win scenario. Its like paying upfront for a gym membership, except you get 42 days to set yourself up with group workouts, diet, accountability, etc.. Not to mention that the regular gym goers are extremely helpful and supportive. I knew one of his clients that lost 100lbs and she started doing fitness competitions. I love this place and this family at Rowe Fitness. Jay is truly dedicated to help change lives. Not a one and done type of place! Come join me.
