Sometimes out of the refrigerated dog food vital but still always has more in stock than other pet stores...Covid? Delivery trucks? Not sure why. Great customer service at Forney location. It is a little more tidy than the Casa View location

The employees here rock. I’m a new dog owner and have spent at least $400 in the last month at this location for supplies. This location is independently owned and operated. I was clueless to what I needed for my new miniature Golden Doodle. The employees here have been so helpful, patient, and nice. I have received solid advice from each employee who assisted me during my moment of cluelessness. I am truly grateful and my pup is happy.
