Triangle Visions Optometry

Triangle Visions @ Apex sets the bar really high for any optometrist office. The facility is sparkling clean yet it feels welcoming and cozy. The staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I've seen nothing but smiling faces from the reception desk to Dr. Bass himself! They are prompt to invite you in and make you feel right away like they've been expecting you to visit. They went through great lengths to accommodate me and Meghan (OPTICAL) was so thorough in her measuring session that I just realized how carelessly I've been treated at every other optometrist practice I've been to before. I just picked up my new glasses after only over a week of ordering and I couldn't be any happier. Big shout out to Tiffany, Blake, Jessica and Meghan who even sent me home with a bag of goodies! To Dr. Bass, forever grateful for not only prescribing exactly what I need but also a very thorough exam and explanation of my condition and how the eyes work. Great bedside manners and a lot of knowledge... Thank you

I took my daughter today and we had the pleasure of meeting Megan and Dr. Marino. They explained everything to her, and made sure she was comfortable with everything that was happening. We didn’t feel rushed and all of our questions were answered. It was a great experience!

Dr. Bass is well experienced and very friendly to the patients. He will help with useful hints and information, too.
The staff is very nice and supportive. The office is perfectly clean and safe in these confusing pandemic times, I felt like home during my visit.

Dr. Marino is really friendly and made me feel really at home. He asked really good questions and was really patient with me. His staff is great too! I had the wrong appointment day in my calendar, but they were able to fit me in the day I came. The staff spent a lot of time with me picking out new glasses. I tried on A LOT of glasses and they were really patient. I would highly recommend this location of Triangle Visions. They also have a great selection of glasses!

I had a wonderful visit yesterday to Triangle Visions, as always. The staff and Dr. Marino are wonderful. Anthony, in particular, is always so helpful. This time, he went the extra mile and fixed a problem with my glasses that I hadn't even noticed. Now that it's fixed, it is so much better! Highly recommend this office. They have been taking care of our family for more than a decade! The new office space is really enjoyable, too.
