Great meeting space, new and nice. Easy access, registration space, updated facilities and hosting space includes a kitchen.

Very elegant. Great for big events. I went for a conference and they offered us breakfast, coffee & tea and lunch all for free. A bit hard to locate but once located you cant miss it. Beautiful from the outside and inside.

What a great venue with alot of potential. Can easily accomodate a couple hundred for cocktail. 4 room options for small breakouts. Would definitely recommend. A hidden gem in the Colonie area/ close to Northway & airport.

It is a large place where various groups stop and make presentations. People knew in advance what the topic was going to be, the room was large, add a good temperature, excellent audio, and additional large screens so that things that were viewed at the other end of the room could be seen and heard comfortably. It was extremely difficult to find at that location, and the only way to get in at rush hour was to continue past the location about a quarter-mile follow completely around a circle and come back down on the other side of the road and pull in that way. There were lots of places to park but people who didn't arrive at the very early location would be back a fair amount of walking from the car to the entrance. There were spaces for handicap spaces. Once you know where to get in it is not difficult if you allow about another 10 minutes at the heart of 5 p.m. traffic.

Attended the New York State Bicycle Summit at the Hearst Media Center. The staff was always present to help with audio or technology issues. I was told the space was recently remodeled and they were very nice and clean.
