(October 10, 2020, 10:27 pm)I went there for a 1 month trial, and for a crossfit sceptic, I loved how the coaches dealt with me being a poor unfit beginner. The schedule doesn't work out for me, other than that the coaches are just top notch and make the experience worth it.

(October 2, 2018, 11:15 pm)Family, community, knowledge and just all around fun. That is how I summarize Milestone. I have never felt this welcomed and comfortable in a group training setting. Amber and Ben are great trainers and know how to gear you to a proper workout session every time. You can tell that they truly love what they do.
