I highly recommend Freedom Automotive! I have taken in my F-150 for various repairs ranging from the AC, brake pads, ignition coils, and other minor repairs. They are always honest and fair! The prices are very reasonable as well. I trust them for all my mechanic needs.

Called and talked w/ Bill. Told him the issues I was having w/ my A/C. He asked me to bring it in to have a look at it. Dropped it off. A couple hours later he calls me to tell me he thinks its a temp sensor and recommended I buy a replacement sensor. We found one on ebay and ordered it. Part came in and it turned out to not be what was advertised, but Bill looked around his shop and found one that would work. He said we could install it the "right" way which would involve taking a bunch of stuff out to get to the A/C unit on my car which would have been 6 hours of labor, or, he could install the sensor on the outside of the A/C unit and bypass the the A/C temp sensor. I went with the cheaper option. He only charged me for the diagnostics. $60. He called me at every step and thoroughly explained my options.

I've heard horror stories of auto repair places being dishonest, selling you parts you didn't need, and charging excessive money for labor. Bill did none of those things. He explored the cheapest options first, took the time to properly diagnose the issue, and imo, UNDERsold me on labor. I will be going back to Bill @ Freedom Automotive for all of my automotive repair needs as long as he stays in business. Cannot recommend him enough.

My first experience with Freedom Automotive was back in 1993. My last visit was back in 2021. Great service, fair prices and owner is always on site.
