The instructor was pleasant, respectful and knowledgeable. This was a first time session for 2 out of the 3 participants and the instructor made it interesting and challenging for the entire group while maximizing the time by introducing various equipment and training techniques.

I have been a client at Functional Strength for about 10 years - I love coming, being greeted as I walk thru the door, and enjoying a great workout. the instructors are attentive, and make sure that the positions are done correctly, and that you get the best out of your hour workout as you can!

I had my first pilates experience in this studio and I loved it. I took classes from a few teachers on different occasions and they were all amazing. They truly care and make sure that you do the exercises right. After a few classes that felt like a beginner level pilates exercises I had slightly sore muscles the next day. My back doesn't bother me at all when I do pilates on regular basis.

Desiree, Eva, Tiffany (she was my first teacher but she moved to a different state) are truly the best!

I began Pilates at this studio using a Groupon in October 2011 and love it so much, continue to this day. Love exercise? Yes! It is challenging -but oh so satisfying. Classical Pilates is taught in both small group and private sessions. Even group sessions are individualized with modifications and cues. They have greatly helped me through a back injury and a spiral fracture of my femur. All instructors are highly trained and personable. Wide variety of classes including reformer, pole, chair and mat. Variety of levels too, from beginner to advanced. Caring owner. Can’t say enough good about this studio. New client specials will get you hooked too.
