The appointment was easy to make. I was scheduled the next day. I was greeted by a man at the service desk. He was friendly and had my paperwork in his hand. I waited for my oil change in the waiting area which was clean and comfortable. My vehicle was ready in less than an hour. I was pleased with the customer service.

This has been the 3rd truck I have purchased from Knippelmier. It has always been a pleasure. The sales and finance staff go above and beyond, always patient, never pushy. The most comfortable and relaxed atmosphere....Constantly. Will never go any place else to buy a vehicle. Thank you so much for making a stressful situation into a pleasant one. I recommend them to all my family and friends.

I have had a few dealings with Knipplemier through a couple missed attempts, the purchase of 2 vehicles, and some service. They pride themselves on being a “fair hometown dealership” and their prices reflect the “fair” deal they are willing to make. I was once told by their salesman that I was too sophisticated of a buyer and needed to look elsewhere. 😳 I suppose if knowing exactly what I want and how much I’m going to pay for a vehicle based on rigorous research makes me sophisticated… I’ll take it. 😂 We love Kyle Hogland who is definitely a 5-Star salesperson because he’s knowledgeable, personable and a great mediator. Unfortunately he has since moved to a dealership in Paul’s Valley because there weren’t enough vehicles to sell at Knipplemier… unfortunately it’s true. Their lot is sad and vehicles are scarce!
The service department is competent, compassionate and work hard for their customers but can be slow at times due to availability of parts. When it comes to service ambassadors, TRUST ME when I say, “Ask for MIKE SHAW”!! I’ve never known a service guy who is more honest and will work harder to get you back on the road faster! Wow! This guy would give you the shirt off his back if he could!! Add to the mix their service manager Bob (the Oz) and 5-Star diesel mechanic Mike Brewer… if you have a Duramax, this is the place to come!!!
Overall, they could do a lot to be better but I will do business with them again.

I bought a new Tahoe recently and had a great experience working with Johnny Bell and all the folks at Knippelmier. I was able to order the truck and buy it for MSRP which normally would chap my hide but in this day and age where many dealers are marking prices up, it was a good fair deal. It arrived a few months later which was actually earlier than I expected based on what I'd read on online.

I took it back last week to have running boards installed that weren't available when it shipped from the factory. They got me in and out very quickly. Only bad thing was I left behind a favorite coffee mug. Too far to drive back, I reluctantly decided I'd have to get a new one. And then it showed up in the mail the next day. That's awesome!

I had heard that Knippelmeir Chevrolet had excellent service and fair pricing and they did not disappoint. If you want a Chevy, you'll be hard pressed to do better than these guys.
