Sarah is caring , thorough , up to date and conscientious. She has helped me immensely in recovering from a weightlifting injury and helped me through a series of non invasive exercises coupled with a gentler approach than the violent adjustments I had received from other chiropractors .I'm 70 percent recovered after several treatments .
I would seriously recommend her to fellow athletes or others with work related afflictions . I also appreciate her keen knowledge in explaining her therapies, the science behind it in layman terms and the helpful proactive exercises she gave me to practice so that I can expedite my own recovery .
