I am so grateful I found this community! Jasmine and her family are a galaxy of energy. I’ve made new friends but most importantly my baby has friends too! Love being able to work out safely and with or without bub.

Stroller Strides class was the highlight of my mat leave this summer. Jasmine's workouts are awesome and always different. And she'll help you with your form, which is so important post-partum. The classes are small and it's nice to chat with other new moms. If you've got an infant or toddlers, I would definitely recommend!

I started coming to stroller strides almost a year ago, and I would recommend fit 4 mom Bellevue to any and every mom. I tried a few different fit 4 mom locations, but it wasn't until I tried Jasmine's stroller strides that I really felt like I belonged. Stroller strides has been a perfect way to get a great workout WITH my son by my side. Jasmine is amazing at providing a wide variety of workouts that have helped me to reach my fitness goals, and she also provides modified options to suit the needs of every mama in the group.
Not only is Fit 4 mom a great way to get a good workout, it's a community of supportive and understanding moms. 10/10 would recommend.

This is the best program for local moms to encourage and support each other on our journeys towards physical and mental wellness! The facilitators are well versed in exercises that are safe for every level of motherhood, from prenatal to "they grew up so fast" there is a place for you! Come join us for your free first class!!

I found this group when I was living in Seattle temporarily and I was so glad that I did! Jasmine, the owner/instructor, is the most welcoming person you’ll ever meet and the classes are always fun and motivating. If you’re looking for a mommy community that you can be welcomed and fun to be in, this is it! You won’t regret it :)
