CR Chrysler provided excellent service when I bought my van. I'm from Toledo and the dealer is in Adrian. After I made the purchase, I drove my car home and the salesman (Fernando) drove my new van to my house after washing it and filling it up with gas. He had a co-worker pick him up and drive him back to the dealer. The next day I had to get an out of state inspection form from the DMV. I called Fernando and he drove back to my house from Adrian and picked up the form. I'm very impressed with their service. They are very helpful and go above and beyond. I would buy from them again.

It was great working with them. I flew from Dallas to Adrian as they have their cars priced at real good numbers. I test drive their vehicle and everything went smooth. Kyle was really helpful through all this process. He arranged pickup at the airport for us. I would really recommend getting a car from them.

Phil was great! I came to test drive a car and then went home to think on things. I loved that he wasn't pushy, but had great follow-up. The car I drove had one small thing I didn't like, and he made sure it was taken care of... I loved the car so I purchased it. All the people there that helped with the paperwork were great as well. If you are looking for friendly helpful staff, I definitely recommend you come here!

Great customer service! Only problem was how long it took to get the part from Ohio, which I know isn't their fault. It was like they were walking the part from Ohio!! I mean, it took over a week to get here! That's crazy! It's NOT CR Chrysler's fault in any way! These guys are great! Fixed the problem with my truck and we're totally happy!
