Doesn't work with Starbucks bonus star app promotions, DOES take starbucks cards and you can double dip with earning Safeway points on your purchase at checkout while earning stars on your card.

The Starbucks staff are like night and day at different locations. Personnel inside of Fry's at Cotton/ Bell are just not happy to be there. No welcoming service, speaking in mono-tone and just plain face cashier. For work I had to stop at Safeway this same morning. While there, I checked for the infamous glow in the dark cups. The staff is overwhelmingly polite, cheery and eagerly happy to help. It should go without saying, service expectations should mimic all Starbucks.
