RA yoga is one of those rare local gems that offers a wide variety of excellent classes at a very good price. The staff has always shown their professionalism and caring for your overall yoga & fitness experience. I’m so grateful that I found them because it’s become my happy place.
They’ve got all kinds of various types of classes- including a few styles of yoga, strength training with weights, Pilates, meditation, sound therapy, etc!
I have tried a lot of various classes and instructors -as with anything, try different teachers and you’ll find a couple you like based on what your personal preferences.
Their new app is amazing! You can book your classes and now your actually spot in class. Love it!

RA Yoga is by Far the BEST yoga studio ever!! Large variety of classes including several different Sound Restore sessions plus Sunday Sound Bath.

Just finished a two week trial - $30/unlimited classes - and have nothing but praise for Ra Yoga. I went to about 10 times to really get a sense of the different classes and instructors and every visit was great. The facilities are in top shape and the staff do a great job in maintaining the studio while promoting a positive and safe environment. The classes I attended have a strong focus on fundamentals and strength building, but also provide ample opportunities for people try more challenging and full-expression positions. I’ve definitely attempted more new things at this studio than I have at others in the past. The instructors motivate / invite you to find your limit, then push past it. It’s an overall great balance.

Registering for classes and seeing what’s available at different studios in the area is also a breeze. If you’re looking to take your mind off all the craziness the world and work on yourself in a supportive community - Ra Yoga is the place to go. Will be signing for a full membership today!
