I had terrible headaches that basically kept me housebound and in bed or a chair every day for two months. It was difficult to do anything with the constant throbbing and intense pain in my head. Nothing was working. I went to many chiropractic, physical therapist, acupuncturist and massage therapist sessions all with little or temporary relief. I went to see Lisa and she told me that she would be able to correct the issues I was having and that I would get better. She said it might take a little time because of the severe misalignments in my neck and head plates and the supporting structures. In three treatment sessions I felt like a completely different person. The pain was gone. She is a dedicated professional that has an incredible healing gift. Lisa is AMAZING! I was dealing with severe back spasms for about a month. I tried going to a chiropractor, which ended up making it worse. I was recommended to see an Osteopath. That’s when I found Lisa! After just one session with her my back spasms stopped completely! I was so amazed! She also gave me exercises to do at home, which is a huge bonus! First time into osteopathic practitioner, Lisa is great! Wonderfully present and in tune with what my body was presenting. I had no idea what to expect, what I got was a full body run down of small tweaks and exercises that are super attainable to add to my daily life. I’ve been dealing with pain and feeling unaligned in my body caused by scoliosis for a long time, I never felt like the physical therapists or doctors I went to really understood where it started or how to alleviate my pain. Lisa has helped me and actually listens to what I’m feeling about my body. She has given me many great exercises that I can do on my own to unwind my spine starting in my hips. After every session with her I feel lighter and motivated to reverse my scoliosis. I’ve already seen so much improvement! I’m very grateful to have found Lisa and I think she’s fantastic at what she does!!

Lisa is amazing! My Western Medicine Primary Care doctors have been challenged for years to help with my migraine headaches- Lisa has helped me make DRASTIC improvement in only a few sessions. She could tell instantly that the issue was with my posture and gave me exercises and stretches to assist with the root of the issue. She has also helped me understand how my weight distribution was causing hip and foot issues. She takes her time to understand what is happening in your personal life as well and how that is all related to your body. I highly recommend her services.
