There was a leak on the second floor that came through to the 1st floor business. The building manager called ICON to clean up the water. Hollywood brought in the equipment and took care of things. They were very quick to respond. Hollywood was very friendly and personable. He did a great job.

They had to clean up fecal matter from the bathroom ceiling at our place of business. They were there within an hour of me putting in the maintenance request. They did a great and effective job at doing the cleanup. They offered for me to take a second look and if there was anything else that needed done, they would do it... Great job guys!

We had a leak in the basement of our office building and called Icon Property Rescue. They were out within an hour and started working on our water cleanup right away. They were professional, super attentive, nice, easy to work with and quick! They left the fans there to dry out the carpet for a few days and came back to check on them. Jacobs communication was impeachable and always kept me in the loop as to when they would be there. I would highly recommend this company. This was the easiest disaster remedy i've ever experienced. Definitely a 5 star business!

Worked with Robin & WOW so thankful we called Icon. We closed on this house May 29th 2022 & experienced water damage throughout the entire house (2 levels & our basement). This happened at around midnight, and Robin was there within the hour helping with the water removal. We are continuing to work with them through this whole process & I cannot recommend them enough!
