Tim fixed my area rug material 8. X 10 wool,every other guy didn't want to clean it but Tim was so confident and he fixed all stains like almost 85%. It is almost looking brand new. Thank you Tim. a great guy to hire for your area rugs.

I had been searching for a carpet cleaning company and Tim was so quick to respond to my quote request. It was maybe 10 minutes after I had submitted a contact request and I heard from him. I booked the service based on the value and the Google reviews.

The morning of, he sent me a courtesy text to let me know he was on the way and when he got there, he was very pleasant. He walked the house and let me know what he was going to do. He asked me if there was anything that I was particularly concerned about in the house or with anything that he would be doing.

When he was almost done, he sent me a text letting me know so that I could head back.

Tim arrived promptly and he did an amazing job on cleaning both the carpets and tile and grout. The floors looked brand new compared to what it was before. With two big dogs with white tile and grout, it is next to impossible to keep it immaculate. I was extremely pleased and shocked at how clean the kitchen floors looked. The carpets looked just as great as the kitchen floors. I would definitely call Tim again as he was really easy to work with and was very professional.
