Great and warm customer service! Dr. Pantelides is a great listener and highly skilled. That's a combination we all want.

Dr. Pantelides squeezed me in for a sinus procedure in just a few days to accommodate my upcoming cross-country move and did a fantastic job. The procedure went perfectly and I'd recommend him to anyone with ear nose and throat issues.

Dr.Harry Pantelides is excellent, very professional and knowledgeable. He asks questions and listens to his patients. His staff Ms. Angela is a lovely person, very polite and very helpful. Dr. Harry Pantelides is in Astoria only on Wednesday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Even with COVID-19, the office is very prepared for that. Clean and organized. His staff takes the temperature for each patient. Everyone is wearing mask. They are doing all precautions to protect their patients and to protect themselves too.
I was a little afraid to go to any ENT's doctor especially with COVID-19 but going to Dr. Harry pantelides's office in Astoria is really worth it and I recommend you Dr. Harry Pantelides 100%. He has also another office in Brooklyn.
The location is easy to notice. If you take the "N or W" train to Astoria, Queens. It's the 30th Ave station. The location is on 31st Street and 30th Drive. Only few minutes walking and it's there. In front of Saint Demetrios Greek-American School.
The office located on the 4th Floor but they have the elevator.

04/11/19: Two appointments booked in the Williamsburg location and both times, the office was closed. However, today a hispanic looking tanned skinned lady with nice eyes answered the door and told me the latest appt is at 3:45p because they close at 5p. So then why am I being booked the first time for a 4:45p appt and the second time (today) a 4:15p appt? She just gave me a card to call and reschedule with the same number I've been calling to schedule with. -__- Doesn't make any sense ding dong. I didn't like the way she handled the situation and dismissed the issue, just went straight to "take this card and call us tomorrow morning". Not even an apology for what happened or anything.

04/19/19: UPDATE........ Third time's a charm? I rescheduled for today at 3p and at 12:30p I get a call from Aida at the office stating that they have to cancel my appt because the doctor has to leave early. Probably an emergency or something, which is cool because s**t happens and it's no one's fault this time but I'm definitely annoyed considering I have to take time out of work for these appts.

02/09/20: UPDATE....... Finally got to see the doctor and he's great, cool down to earth guy as well. His new office in Williamsburg and new staff is amazing as well. His reply to my previous review was 100% correct. They are on point and he is extremely thorough. You can tell he's passionate about what he does. Thanks again for everything guys!!! Definitely changed my star rating and I'm glad I took what they previously replied back into consideration and gave it another chance.

Dr. Pantelides is one of the best doctors I've been to. His office staff were so nice, even when super busy. I got lost on my way to the office and one of the receptionists gave me step-by-step instructions on how to get there from the train station. I was able to get my sinus infection taken care of and can breathe again. Definitely recommending him to my friends and family who also suffer from sinus issues.
