Richie allows you to buy your own part to help you save money and doesn't charge crazy amounts for labor, diagnosis is reasonable and will work with you if you're in a tuff spot. Saved me $900 from the previous mechanic who was trying to scam me. Has morals and knows his stuff, will explain anything you don't understand. He just won a lifelong customer. He deserves more.

Rich was exceptional! He helped to diagnose and resolve the electrical issue I was having with my alternator. He readily answered my questions and was very approachable. I'm really grateful I found him and will definitely use him again!

Rich was great. Battery was dead on my Jeep. I sent a text with my car’s info and general location. He replied within an hour, and called to confirm and update on arrival time. I purchased the new battery online, which he picked up and installed in the driveway at my friend’s house. Very reasonably priced, professional, accommodating, knowledgeable, prompt, courteous, and efficient. I only wish I had called him first before wasting a couple days with my roadside assistance plan.
