CityLight Baptist Church lives up to its name as being a true light of Christ to the LA Metro Area. Pastor Nick Reed passionately teaches the true word of God directly from the Bible. Add to that great adult, women's, teen and children's ministries as well as awesome community outreaches and missions support. I am so blessed to be a member of this amazing family of believers!

After years as a Christian I found a home in Citylight Baptist. The welcoming congregation and youth of the pastor has been a tremendous blessing in my life. Pastor Nick Reed, being a young leader, provides enthusiasm and energy while remaining absolutely true to the word of God. Also, he is able to appeal to younger members and visitors with references to today's technology and how it impacts our lives. Come join us and you will not regret it.

There is truely no other church like it in LA! And that's a good thing! I have been a member at this church since 2013. The preaching is straight from the Word of God, and it's not watered down. The worship music is really great and doesn't glorify the people on stage or the instruments. It's pure and lively. In addition to God's presence at City Light Baptist, The children programs and many community serving events are just a few of the reasons this church is thriving. The people are trusting, non-judge mental, and loving. This is my church, and I highly reccommend it!

Citylight is a wonderful place for all the whole family. They have wonderful nurseries, childrens classes and teen ministries. The church leadership are warm, receptive and helpful. It is a great place to find the true word preached straight from the bible. The Pastor is on fire for the word and makes it applicable to everyday life. There are several community events throughout the year that allows us to give back to our community. Come check us out.

For a long time I was looking for a church in where doctrine was more important than the "right" atmosphere or music. Stepping into Citylight, formally Victory Baptist, not only was I greeted by friendly workers but Pastor Nick Reed preached a relevant, but convicting message. Citylight strives on serving the community, and gives people many opportunities to be able to serve in different aspects of the church. The children's program is wonderful! This is just the right church needed for the LA metro!
