To begin, Derrick the salesman was excellent. No pressure and very accommodating, answered every question I had and more importantly if he didn't know the answer he said as much and attempted to find it. He even took several of my phone calls before we actually consummated the purchase while he was on vacation. My wife and I seriously had no intentions of purchasing a vehicle that day, only to decide what color combinations we preferred after seeing them in person. However, the dealership and Randy the G.M. were willing to make some changes to the vehicle to make it more to our liking. Amy in the office was also very helpful. Never before had I purchased a vehicle so quickly and with so few hiccups. Not to forget, Anthony who was also hugely helpful in explaining many of the features on delivery day in Derrick's absence. Great job all around guys !! My only regret is that I had to travel over 2hrs from home to find such a great dealership with the selection we wanted to compare color combinations. Well worth the trip however.
