Freddy, Ryan, Bill, and Shakir where excellent.. we barley lifted a finger.. they were polite and very focused on moving fast.. I have delt with moving companies that move slow to get more hours on the charge. This was not the case. We had one piece of furniture that got on small mark.. it was on the back, so we never called to ask about insurance on that issue.. we felt like it wasn't negligence. We don't know if it was the best price around. But we paid for piece of mind..Gordon was a great sales nen and was always available. No matter how scared or neurotic my wife and I became, he did not take it personal and made us comfortable to choose jordan river..sorry for the late review.. this move was in March of 2021

This was an emotional transaction for me, since I was shipping family mementos and furniture following my mother's death, and everything was held up because of the pandemic. I especially appreciated the thoughtful communications with Denise in the office. She answered all my questions straightaway, and made it so easy. And the two delivery guys were awesome. We have a difficult driveway and lots to stairs and they were fantastic. Efficient, friendly, in and out. Thank you, Jordan River East.

I was SO happy with my mom from Jordan River East! everything was really smooth from the getting the quote to the actual packing up and moving in. I have lived in NYC for 16 years and moved a LOT - it is totally worth the money to have legit movers like these guys pack up your things for you (once you've weeded out what you're definitely not taking of course!) Super professional, on time, friendly, I felt like they were really taking care of me during a stressful situation. I have already recommended them to friends and they're the only moving company I'll recommend in the future!
