Lisa and Cliff were phenomenal. Lisa went above and beyond to make arrangements to have someone out, within the hour, to address my concerns with a wasp nest. Cliff arrived promptly and immediately took action in removing the nest. I greatly appreciate their efforts in helping me and going above and beyond. We couldn't be happier with the amazing service from Alley Cat Pest Control! We've had other pest control companies but with Alley Cat the bugs stay gone, which is exactly what this out door loving family needed. We receive service every 2 months and haven't seen any ants, nor bugs of any kind in our lawn. This is a huge "peace of mind" for us as the parents of an active sporty 11 year old and 2 dogs. Lisa, Cliff, Brittany and the Guys are amazing we highly recommend them to everyone!
They came out on time and the guy they sent was very professional and polite. I did have to call them back after 14 days as I’m seeing the ants again. I’m waiting on A call back and will update my review when I speak to someone. So far they have been great!
