Chérie is the person to stick with you in any situation and will go to bat for you through thick and thin. In August 2016 my grandmother passed away and my Dad inherited her home in the historic Encanto central phoenix area. I spent half of my childhood in the home. There are so many memories because my Grandma was the matriarch of our family and owned this home for the past 45+ years. Chérie was patiently waiting for my family to get through probate. The week everything was going through my Dad suddenly passed away. This was an emotional shock to everybody. Again, Chérie had to hold off on selling the home because my siblings and I had to go back to court. Through all this Chérie was there every step of the way helping with the process. We are finally able to sell the house a year later after my Grandma passing away. I couldn't have asked for a better person to be alongside my family to sell our childhood home.
