Let me start by saying this review comes straight from the heart all the way from Chicago!! When I say there is No I in TEAM !! The team at this Chickasha branch has gone above and beyond. The managers, Vanessa and Sadie are definitely in tune with each other and their team, their communication is and was on point when I had to fly from Chicago to Oklahoma to handle family affairs. My dad adores the team and smiles when he sees them while either shopping at Walmart or completing a transaction at the bank.
This team made me feel welcomed from the moment I introduced myself. We were able to put a strategy in place for my dad and I feel that I can trust the staff with my dad’s continued banking needs. Since I am a previous branch manger myself, I believe the customer service was outstanding and hard to come by in today’s time. I am forever grateful that I was shown Exceptional Service and Good Deeds not just because they are employees, but because they have good hearts and good intentions to help others!
