Today is bittersweet. It’s the last day of my care here at Navigate but only the beginning of my healing journey. A healing journey which frankly I thought was impossible until I started seeing the guiding hands of Navigate. I came to the Doctors here as a final Hail Mary. Daily pain and discomfort had long since been accepted as my normal. But when I met with the team not only did they listen, they sat down with me and helped me create a healing plan, and then supported me through it. The past months of my experience with Navigate I’ve been shown incredible kindness, compassion, and companionship. Walking into the front door of Navigate is like a breath of fresh air- being greeted by Lauren and Gianna who always offer a smile and kind words. Dr. Kaylee, Dr. Kace, and Dr. Erica did more than adjust me while I was in their care. They took the time to get to know me and teach me the importance of self love and inner peace as stepping stones in my physical healing journey. My appointments at Navigate were more than just adjustments, they were MY time. I knew no matter how lost, overwhelmed, or tired I was that I would leave feeling refreshed and grounded. In my time at Navigate I have achieved so much more than I ever thought possible for myself, it has been life changing to be in the hands of doctors who truly care about the wholeness and well being of their patients. The best thing you can do for yourself is to schedule an appointment with this practice you WILL NOT regret it. Thank you Navigate for giving me the tools to not only live a better life but to know I deserve it too. 💛

Great place, amazing staff! They have done what no other Dr could do for me!! Physical therapy, shots, surgery, acupuncture, I tried everything. Almost completely pain free for the first time in 29 years and that was after only 1 month!! Thank you guys! Your amazing. 😊

I had been living with chronic back & shoulder pain for a year. Once I realized I was taking Advil every single day, I knew I needed to try something different. Dr. Kace & Dr. Kaylee came up with a detailed plan specifically aimed to help alleviate my chronic pain. One therapy they suggested was Softwave. I was skeptical at first for many reasons - it sounded painful, it was an added cost to my plan, and I had never heard of it before. But I trusted the doctors & decided to give it a try. After just a few sessions my chronic pain was GONE! I am 6 months out and still pain free in my back! It was worth every single dollar! I am such a believer in Softwave that I have now also had it done on my elbow for tendinitis and an old injury where I broke my finger.
