Was a nice place, people were great with good manners. Didn't take long to be waited on.

I had to get a photo ID at DMV and had to walk about 1/4 ml to get there. That would be fine except I am in my late 70's. When I got there Darlene who was very courteous, explained that I needed to fill out this form and that I lacked one form of ID for identification. So I went home to fill our form and get Birth cert. I decided just incase that wasn't enough I would bring some other papers and went back it was threatening rain by then. I went back to Darlene since she was the one who knew my case. She smiled and said do you have the b/cl, which I handed her and the form that I had filled out at home was not in the papers, apparently it had gotten mixed up with other papers and got left. I said well I guess I will have to go home and get it and come back tomorrow. She replied you can fill out another one here, to which I replied my hands are quite shaky and it will take me a good length of time to fill out a new form. She offered to fill it out for me said she didn't want me to have to walk back again. She was so patient and understanding. It ended up I got my new picture and she even found out that I apparently had been issued one in 2015 which had not expired yet so this would just be updated on that one. I left there with a smile on my face, even though I felt very foolish for all my mistakes. I would certainly recommend Delevan DMV and Darlene

Having been to many different DMVs in WNY over the last many decades, this one is the best one I’ve been too. Small, not busy, friendly staff. I had a complicated title transfer with lots of paperwork, they were super helpful and patient, assisting me while I called the out of state lease company for tax info. I was dreading this visit as I knew I didn’t have all the info I needed, they totally hooked me up with clear guidance, and then said “why not call them right now, we’ll make sure they give you the details we need” !! Amazing. I walked out of there with a big smile on my face.
