Great service they take care of their customers and they keep their word when they say there is a one-year warranty and if Something Happens they make sure to take care of it great people if you go, I would highly suggest you go there and talk to Marcos

Honest people and reasonable in pricing. They won't price gauge you. My previous repair guy sent the car somewhere else charged me double and it broke after 6 months. I was recommended these guys took it here and so far so good. They might take awhile because they are so busy but they are hard working and run a good business.

HONEST OPERATION!! Ok so heres the long story. I was driving my 1997 Pontiac Firebird northbound on the I-5 Freeway near Burbank at 8PM. All of a sudden BAM!! I lose control of my transmission and the car coasts to the median. The car starts fine and even shifts ok but doesnt move and makes a terrible screeching noise. I shut it off thinking something is very seriously wrong with the Trans and not wanting to make it worse. I call a tow truck to the nearest random shop (Not Pacoima Transmission) and because it was 9PM I had to sleep in the car in 40 degree weather. After a long mostly sleepless night the shop opens at 8AM and i explain the situation while shivering cold. This Burbank shop qouted me almost 3000 dollars to rebuild my drrivetrain?! Im like oh noway. So i remember the me being a pilot a shop near Whiteman airport that I heard had a good transmission shop. So I called my Insurance to Tow me to Pacoima Transmission. After a few hours we arrive at Pacoima Transmission and the tow driver said "ASK FOR MARCOS TRUST ME!" So I did. Marcos walked out in Jeans and a Button up dress shirt and said Ill look at in now! There were no lift bays available so he called over his guys and had them jack the car up IN THE PARKING LOT with 2 heavy duty floor jacks within 5 min. Marcos grabbed a piece of cardboard to protect his dress shirt and got on the ground under my car which while running sounded like a chainsaw. He grabbed the driveshaft and manually turned with his bare hands...He hops up and tells me "You got lucky, your transmission is just fine. Your driveshaft is broken" I ask him how much and he said $225! 225! Im literally stranded on my last dollar and I was trying to hide my elation that finally there's an honest shop in the area! He say come back in 3 or 4 hours and it'll be done. After a few hours I come back and as promised the car is done. But heres the twist...Not only did he fix my base model Firebird driveshaft he replaced it with a 1 piece all Aluminum Pontiac Trans Am driveshaft which is only available on the performance model Firebirds! Marcos said "This one will never break again..." I went from sleeping the night in my car with what I though was a blown Transmission to only spending $225 and leaving with my car not only fixed but upgraded! I was extremely happy and relieved. Pacoima Transmissions is the place to go for an honest shop. "Ask For Marcos!"

Amazing service and great turn around time. If anyone is having transmission problems I always send them here, I know Marco will take good care of them.

Marcos is a honest man. He fixed my car transmission in 2 days! and the good news is my car PASSED smog check!
