Saratoga Motorcycle Center

This is a terrific motorcycle shop. I just learned about it. My Triumph had not been serviced in over 2 years so I dropped by and asked the owner to have a quick look at the bike to see if he thought it was okay for a 3-day trip. He spent 15 minutes or so with me and said he thought it was fine. He is very knowledgeable and it was really nice of him too stop work for a little bit and give me a bit of peace of mind ahead of my trip.

I then made an appointment for an oil change, new tires and fork seals, and some brake work. Unlike many bike shops, they make appointments, and will work on any bike of any age.

The shop is also spotless and well organized. I have always thought great mechanics have their mise en place down, and this place does.

Owner completed the work promptly and my bike rides as well as it ever has.

Was searching for tires for my bike. I got estimates from the dealer shops that I felt were high. Started looking to buy online but didn't know who would install them. Called Saratoga Motorcycle Center and learned they would do the install and at a reasonable price. The owner asked if he could price some tires. He did and when I realized that his price was lower than the dealers I called and was reasonably close to online cost with installation. I decided to support a local shop.

I was very glad I did. Very friendly, clean shop that is a short drive off of I-87.

The owner Roger is very knowledgeable and professional. He has a motorcycle shop and I needed snowmobile parts and he didn't stop until he helped me and had the right parts ordered for me! Prices are GREAT and I wish there was 10+ stars because I'd love to give him them all! Great place to do business 👌👏👍🙌
