Autobahn Collision

Services provided were completed as expected to repair scrapes on the flare above the wheel of my X5. It took three full days when originally quoted one full business day (or 5.5 expected hours of work). There was evidently some trouble getting some parts from the manufacturer, but that puzzled me since the repair appointment has been on their calendar for well over a month. I additionally had to reach out for updates on my own as they weren’t proactively provided to me. For this smaller job I can deal with that, just not ideal compared to some other experiences I’ve had at other collision repair shops in the area.

My wife and I recently got in an accident after moving to the area. We decided to go with Autobahn Collision since they were close to our home. I had the pleasure to work with Randy and he went above and beyond to keep us updated daily along with getting our car back to us in a timely manner. Aside from the great customer service, we picked up the car looking like nothing happened! We are beyond pleased with the service that was provided and I would highly recommend Autobahn to anyone looking to get their car fixed correctly.
