Kayla has done a great job with assisting me on my disability claim and other VA issues. This office has also assisted my grandmother on multiple occasions and she is the widow of a veteran.

Laura spain is one gifted veteran she was the only one to fix my Claim that the DAV screwed up.. after 5 years of nothing but mistakes. She fixed it so that i can get my claim and she is still helping me with the other claims...She is God's gift to Decatur Veterans service..

The most effective VA support outlet that I've ever dealt with. I am a vet myself, but I needed assistance on behalf of my father. What took years with other organizations and yielded no results, Laura and her team sorted out in about two months. They are an invaluable resource for any veteran fortunate enough to use them.
