I have lived here for over 3 years. The complex used to be called Riverport Rand. However, now that the property is managed by Paddocks at Ridge Park, there have been several improvements. The complex has a new dog park and a playground. There are more dumpsters. The inside hallways and staircases of the buildings are freshly painted. The outside doors are brand new. Most recently, the parking lots were restriped. The landlord Ms. Jackie has been a blessing to the entire neighborhood . Thank you for the improvements.

I have lived in Paddocks for a year now, they recently underwent new management, so apartments are being reconstructed. The landlord was lenient with me on my situation about rent. She works with her tenants to make sure everyone is happy

The new Management Jackie is wonderful, she's kind and gets things done quick. This place has seriously turned around since she started managing. I'm very excited to see the new changes that are head of Paddocks at Ridge Park

I have lived here 3 years. I plan to renew my lease next month because new owner and management are really making the property better than ever. Great location so I’m staying !
