  Good, clean facility where you can learn a few new things, brush up on some old things, & get in shape most importantly. Easy-going with no pretentiousness. Give it a shot, you won’t regret it, & you’ll definitely go back!

  Excellent gym to learn martial arts, get a nice sweat while indoor cycling, or cross training. The staff is very personable and dedicated to help you reach your fitness goals. The gym provides a very fun and encouraging environment. I definitley recommend Dynamic Fitness to get fit, and or, learn self defense.

  Dynamic Fitness NYC is an awesome gym. They have personal training, group training and a really cool circuit training class. The instructors are very friendly and knowledgeable and really care about helping us reach our goals. It's one of the most unique gyms I've been. You don't just get on a machine and walk, you are trained.
