Elizabeth is the most incredible teacher! She's exactly what you imagine when you picture your perfect piano teacher - polite, sweet, gentle, fun, TALENTED, and keeps things interesting for our 8 year old daughter. We've learned so much and can't wait to continue working with her in the future!

Ms. Elizabeth is a fantastic teacher. She knows how to work with kids. She has fun with them but knows how to keep them engaged with their lesson too. She’s super polite, professional, and kind and both of my daughters look forward to their lessons with her. We love having her as their teacher and look forward to working with her for a long time.

Bobby is the real deal! He understands every aspect of the creative process, everything from musicianship, vocals, songwriting, you name it! Not only is he knowledgeable, he's the kindest, most diplomatic, encouraging man. I really enjoy the supportive creative community he creates where like-minded people can share ideas, give constructive criticism, and cheer each other on to be the best that we can be. We need more of that, and I totally appreciate that he provides that!

This is my second time working with Bobby at Songsmith LA (I took a break to have a kid) and I look forward to every session. He's a master musician, not just with proper technique but with a true emotional connection to music as well. He passes on those skills, and for me I have found so much improvement. I've always been shy about singing, but Bobby is so supportive and meets you where you are. If you want to sing jazz standards, he'll do it. If you want to pick up the guitar, or try to write a song, he'll do it. No pretense, just music. He makes me feel like Lady Gaga!

Our 7 year old son absolutely loves his weekly piano lesson from Bobby at Songsmith LA. And we love taking him there as well. The space is warm and inviting. Molly the dog is friendly and adorable. Above all, Bobby is a pleasure to work with. He has an excellent way with kids -- thoughtful, encouraging, and enthusiastic. The lessons are well-prepared, yet feel improvisational and playful. After a long day of first grade, more instructional time can be a real challenge. At Songsmith, however, it feels more like playtime than another class. We're so thrilled we found this awesome place and plan to continue here for a long time to come.
