    Good staff. Friendly and professional. Got me loaded in 2 hours. The lot is a bit small, but there's enough room to straighten out and back.

    I had purchased a 3 piece luggage set. I finally got around to using the largest bag for a trip to Europe. Well sadly the wheel housing collapsed on its first adventure! When I got home I contacted Travelers Club. I spoke to Monica, who walked me through the warranty process and had a new bag sent out in no time.
