Thank you all for the exceptional service. Nelson was very informative and even took time to show me how my rotors, breaks and tires were supposed to look! 😅. Not to mention, the price difference from my first service center quote compared to the prices here at Pohanka Honda were INSANE. I saved about $1000 dollars! They are affordable, quick and friendly. Definitely recommend.

Since I work in customer service there certain things I look for and Elvis more than met my expectations. I really appreciate him keep up the good work!!

5 star service from Marcus. I was able to schedule an appointment online and I used the drop box to have my car issue diagnosed. I readily received communication from Marcus on what resulted from the diagnostic and what it would take to fix it. I felt I was in good hands and my car would be properly repaired. At pickup, Marcus further explained what was the cause of my repair and provided recommendations for upcoming maintenance needed. I highly recommend this location.

Service Advisor, Justin Banks was awesome. He took care of me when I first arrived for service. He told me about the promotions that were available. After the dealership finished servicing my car, he told and showed me the recommended items for future servicing. Justin didn't tried to pressure me nor did he try to upsell things I didn't need. Overall, my experience was great. Oh there's vending machines for customers as well as plenty of seating (especially for social distancing). There's also a small area for kids (kids room) and an office space for people with laptops.

I am very happy with Honda and the work that was done on my car.
Some unexpected items needed repair. Considering the added repairs the work was done in a reasonable amount of time.
My customer service person was Blake. He’s a very nice person who treats you with caring and respect. Also he’s a calm person who doesn’t act as though you’re taking up his time. I will definitely ask for him when I go back to Honda.
