Pine Ridge Apartments Bremerton

I've been here for over 2 years now. The complex has changed (positively) in that time between apartment upgrades, building renovations, and parking lot renovations. It has some more work needing done but you can tell that management cares about the look and feel of the complex.

Management is courteous and not intrusive. Only coming into apartments as needed. Debbie is amazingly sweet and accommodating.

It is relatively quiet. We had a pretty disruptive neighbor in the past but they have since moved out. Walls are thick enough that you very rarely hear neighbors regardless if they are next to you, above you or beneath you. Very giving community. Often you will find people leaving extra food and furniture out for others to use in the main halls.

Maintenance folks are very kind. Sometimes communication there is lost but not enough to complain about. They are around tending to the grounds and buildings all the time so they are busy.

I've lived in several complexes and by far, this one is my favorite with the feel and culture.

My single complaint is that packages are left in the lobby at times if the amazon lockers are full and office staff can't store it due to covid policies. This makes it easy for people to steal packages. It was chaotic during the holidays. I had a package stolen unfortunately at that time. This is a small complaint and not enough for me to knock a star off.

The staff and management are 5 stars. The quietness and sense of your own personal space is 5 stars. The attention to maintenance, upkeep and upgrades is 5 stars.

I moved into a spacious two bedroom, two bath apartment in September! I absolutely love living here! Starting with the tour, application process and move in, Debbie and Donna, the office staff were great to work with! The apartment complex is so quiet! The extra large balconies are amazing! I have created a little oasis on my balcony! I love sitting out there reading and having a glass of wine! The maintenance staff is extremely responsive and professional! It is so convenient having an elevator and I feel super safe living here! Pine Ridge Apartments exceeds my expectations!

The Apartment of Mine was newly remodeled! Looks Amazing! Also the Staff of Pine Ridge is nothing short of Amazing! Debbie and Donna are very communicative and compassionate! Any issues within or about the community or apartment. They're on it immediately! The new Renovations are AMAZING!! The New Carpet, Paint, and Lighting around the Complex is very tasteful! The Gym is very accommodating. This is one of the only community apartments with free weights and benches! I also have to brag about the Maintenance staff here as well! They're very prompt and quick to address any issue within your Unit! All in All! Very happy to be living here! I'll definitely be renewing my lease!
