I have started the process of ordering two home, I am dealing with Dominic. He is beyond helpful. He is a pleasure to deal with. I am very hard to please and he pleased me with all that he has done for me. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

We are very happy with Saratoga Modular! They are a full service company that made building a house simple. We worked with Cecil Provost 3 years ago to find a piece of land. Once the land was secured, both Cecil and Dan Grogan helped us develop plans for a “hybrid/modular” home. First the modular pieces arrived and were set on the foundation, then Dan coordinated the construction of a Sunroom, Workshop and 3-car Garage. Both Cecil and Dan were very responsive to us during the building process. I would send them a text and they would call me back within 10 minutes. They addressed all our issues and we are satisfied with the final result being one of nicest homes in the neighborhood. They stand by their work. We can attest to their statement that “You are a customer for Life”. After 3 years there were some minor blemishes from the house settling. I called Dan who sent someone over to patch and paint the few blemishes we had. We would definitely build with Saratoga Modular again!

After years of dreaming about building a home in the country, we finally took a leap of faith and stopped by Saratoga Modular on a crisp September morning. From the very first meeting with Dominic and Cecil, we knew we had come to the right place. They listened to our thoughts then gave us the time and opportunity to look at many designs and options. Cecil even worked with us to find the perfect plot of land and made sure everything would work just the way we had hoped. He designed a custom modular with many special extras to make it our own. Once the construction began, we were welcomed each and every time we stopped by. Our amazing project manager, Dan Grogan has overseen the build from start to finish. He called us whenever something new was complete so we could stop in and see the progress. If we had a question or concern he was always a call or text away. We moved in to our new home in July (right on schedule) and couldn't be happier. We had a couple of minor issues after we moved in which Dan immediately took care of. He has called a couple of times to check in and see how we are doing. We have recommended Saratoga Modular to many of our friends but wanted to share this review to let anyone who is considering this type of project know that a call to Cecil would be well worth your time. The entire team has become like family to us and we are so grateful for all they have done to make our dream come true.

We bought our home from Saratoga Modular in 2017. Building on raw land was no easy task, let alone from 200 miles away. That being said, we relied completely on Cecil and his team for the entire project.

Dan, our Project Manager was a pleasure to work with. He provided frequent communication throughout the process and made sure things got done. The project was completed pretty close to schedule and on budget. Although there were some issues that occurred; Cecil and Dan were responsive to our concerns and resolved them in a timely manner. We have no regrets and are happy with the end result.
