The Arbors at Bowling Green Apartments

They have a dedicated property manager and maintenance person who are willing to work with you. The Arbors are pet friendly! The property is located out of the way from downtown which my wife and I enjoy. The Arbors is right beside U.S. 6 for easy access. The apartments are nice with only small issues here and there that don't affect comfort. The parking is first come, so if someone has a lot of vehicles or guests over you may be parking several spots from your apartment.

In my personal experience and observance, the area is quiet the staff are kind and always ready and willing to assist current and potential tenants! Work orders are completed in a timely manner!

Love living here. It's a quiet community on the edge of town with lots of stations throughout to clean up after your dog. The managers are fabulous and attentive. They genuinely care about us and do their best to help when needed!

I have lived at Arbors for 15 years. Janelle is superlative. Maintenance is awesome. The grounds are meticulously kept. Safe, pet friendly, neighborhood feel. Anything that needs fixed is always repaired promptly and professionally. Farm field on one side, pond out back, trees on one side and close to shopping on one side. If you are looking for a safe friendly place to live, Arbors at Bowling Green is the home for you.

I don't know why these mysterious one star reviews keep arising. In my one year residing at the arbors it has been nothing but pleasent. Janelle, the property owner, is a gem. She's approachable, kind, personable, and goes above and beyond to help you out. Plus she loves dogs, even being leninent on what breeds are allowed, as long as she sees them first. Ryan, the mantaince guy is quick to come fix things and seems very passionate about keeping things up kept. Plus the location is great. You can walk right over to Walmart if you need something without having to waste gas!
