Black Tiger Taekwondo Martial

Truly the best! My 7 y/o daughter has taken other martial arts classes, but the confidence and discipline she's developed at Black Tiger is immeasurable. The kids have fun, but are held to a high standard of excellence and are recognized for focus and growth, instilling pride and a sense of personal accomplishment. Couldn't recommend Black Tiger enough!

My son(7 years old) has been going to Black Tiger for a year now . I strongly recommend this school to anyone looking for martial arts school in the San Ramon neighborhood. We are always appreciative and grateful to Master Kenny , Master Cho and Master Kim for instilling the best values in the kids and teaching them to be respectful and motivated always . They ensure every possible health and safety measure is taken in the facility. Attention is paid to every little detail when teaching the kids. My son loves his masters and looks forward to continuing this journey with Black tiger taekwondo !

My 7 year old has joined Blacktiger Taewondo since July 2021 and has shown great improvement in physical coordination, focus, self respect and confidence. All the masters are very professional and great with kids. My son loves attending classes and he feels a sense of achievement after he successfully obtains a new belt. Masks are strictly enforced during class time and only vaccinated parents can observe the class inside the school (non vaccinated parents can observe from outside or the classes are also streamed live online). The mat is sanitized between each class and I believe Master Kenny deep cleans the place every once awhile. I feel safe for my son to attend classes in this school and I appreciate all the masters, who put in their best effort, in helping all the children to grow, both physically and mentally.

We have been going for a few months and I am so impressed. They take safety seriously with masking and vaccinations. The instruction is kind, firm, encouraging, and with a sense of humor that is never demeaning or at a student’s expense. My daughter started apprehensively, not sure she wanted to do it. Now she absolutely loves it, looks forward to it, asks to watch their posted videos and practice at home. We are so grateful for the instruction and the emphasis on respect, and being a good person and becoming a valuable community member. The school is top notch. We hope to have a long relationship with Black Tiger.
