The studio is great! The staff is amazingly supportive and helpful. I have been coming for 6 months now and have definite, notable changes in my body and strength. I love my two sessions per week! Thank you!

First of all, it's the people/coaches! Fantastic staff of uber friendly, non-judgemental coaches who listen to your goals, make you feel that they genuinely want you to succeed and will guide you all the way. I actually look forward to each session.Regarding the routines themselves... I love the ability to immediately see results and track your progress. Having the displays that show you where you are during each exercise really makes you strive to stay "in the green" and encourages you to push yourself harder. It's self-motivating and perfect!

The BEST! I have been strength training at The Exercise Coach for about 18 months. As a 65yr old women I believe I am the strongest I have been in 20 yrs! Wonderful program with very caring employees! Highly recommend.
