Best experience with a realtor ever! This is the fourth house I've purchased in my lifetime and Carol and Doug made the buying process as smooth as possible in a very tough seller's market, after many months of searching for the right home. I am fairly new to Evergreen and Carol educated me on all the ins and outs that are specific to mountain living, not the least of which included finding a place with high speed internet for my home office. I was also very surprised (and delighted) that she stayed involved until the final document was signed - she caught a few things in the contract details I would have missed otherwise, and kept on top of all the parties to make sure everyone was doing what they were supposed to be doing.
