Don's Custom Countertops

Very impressed with their service! They installed our bathroom and kitchen counters, and both look great and were installed quickly. For the kitchen, we paid the invoice 11/30, template was done 12/9, and install completed on 12/28 (we used an in-stock Misterio quartz which was faster than some other options).

The staff is friendly and communicated timelines clearly. They were thorough in setting expectations during templating such as where seams would be, how far forward we should place the farmhouse sink so that the edges lines up, and where we would see a rounded vs eased edge corner.

Pricing was also very reasonable compared to other options like Home Depot or Ikea. Highly recommend for any of your renovation projects!

The positive experience with this company begins as soon as you walk through their door. My husband and I had made a few trips to the familiar Denver countertop stores you see on TV and left even more confused than when we started. The employees at Don's were patient with us and understood right away what we were looking for. Before we knew it, we had chosen our countertops, had them measured and installed within weeks - and we love them! Thank you, Kara, Kevin, Dennis, Eric, Tanner, Kenyon and everyone else behind the scenes. It's hard to find people who want to work with you in this current environment and it was a real treat to work with you all! I whole heartedly recommend anyone looking for new countertops to start with Don's. Don't waste your time with the big box folks!

Don's replaced countertops in three bathrooms as well as our kitchen. We're very happy. We worked with Kevin getting quotes (he had to meet with us several times because we kept changing our minds) and he was very helpful in providing advice. Troy did or supervised most of the work and he is excellent and very particular about the work he does. I'm picky and I was very impressed. None of our countertops were level before Don's arrived but they are now perfectly level. They have some amazing equipment and their showroom is well worth a visit. If you get to see their cutting machine you'll enjoy that as well. We're still putting things back in place so things are a mess. Hopefully the photos will help, in spite of the mess.

I needed to have new countertops installed in my kitchen and bathrooms, but didn't know where to start since there are so many companies to choose from. I reached out to a couple other countertop companies and there were delays in responses or no response at all. I called Don's Custom Countertops and they were very responsive and happy to answer all of my questions. A shout out for Don’s Custom Countertops on the complete kitchen overhaul they did for us. We were particularly happy with Dennis and the design he came up with, which efficiently took our kitchen from a cramped 1 to 2 person space to a larger and much more inviting gathering space. This was our first holiday in the new kitchen, and the kitchen became the hub of activities with plenty of room for numerous cooks and for others just to sit and socialize. We have been in the new kitchen for several months now, and everything about the design feels natural, from the work triangle to the sizes and placement of the counter spaces to the flow through and around the kitchen. We are super happy with the look and feel of the new kitchen and would 100% do it again. Thanks Dennis!
