All the instructors are excellent and teach classes in their own way, so members learn something new during every session.

Really nice little studio with friendly instructors! The classes are challenging, but they give you options with poses. I am a very new student and super impressed.

Amazing studio, easy to access via 9B, and sooo many classes to choose from. Teachers are top notch, owner is warm and welcoming, very clean and a wonderful welcoming community. Hot and unheated classes and very fairly priced. Check it out you won't regret it.

This is one of the best yoga studios I've ever been to. Owner Caia is clearly passionate about what she does. She and all her instructors are amazing! You will be challenged physically and uplifted and inspired emotionally! Joining this studio is the best decision I've made in a long time!
