Anthony did a great job explaining to me how he would protect the house from bats entering it after he did a home inspection to see if they were in the house. Since they were not, but we’re seen in the area he protected the house by placing foam and screening the chimney so they could not enter the house in the future

Had a rat in my home and Tyriq was responsive, extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He got the critter out and I was so relieved and thankful. Would recommend.

Anthony was very professional and took the time to explain everything. He gave us our options clearly spelled out. The first day he came to inspect I was able to show him the entry point of the squirrel. However he was uncanny to inspect tiff that day due to rain. He made sure he followed through open return to for the work. I would recommend this company.

My experience with this company was by far one of the best companies I’ve had to deal with especially since I’ve been in my new home. I’ve been struggling with rats and exhausted every option on my own with no success. I was sent to critter & wildlife and was also able to speak to the owner directly. He was thorough and made sure to answer all questions also provide information so there was no confusion. My rodent problem was taken care of and he also came back to check on things more than once to make sure we were okay. The honesty and friendliness was great! The technician was at our appointment on time and didn’t leave until he knew for sure everything he could provide for us was given. We were quoted an affordable amount and just the customer service alone was worth every penny. How the world is now we need more of that. I’m beyond happy and satisfied with this company. I couldn’t have chosen a better one for my husband and I.
