The ordering, transaction and delivery of new truck was great. The supply chain wait was frustrating but the 8 month wait was well worth it. I love my new truck and happy with all services and help received. I would recommend.

The car was in for the engine light on and it was also due for oil change / tire rotation. I was called the same day advised the part was ordered for the engine light on but safe to drive so can pick it up. No eta on part. Also, the tire rotation and oil change was complete. Fast, friendly service.

Everyone from the owners to the service department and sales are wonderful to interact with. The service team knows how to fix the cars and sales knows how to teach the functionality and options of the vehicles. Couldn’t recommend a better place to do business.

I dropped off my truck the night before. My wife picked it up after 6pm. We did not interact with dealership personal personally. Based on previous experiences with the personal, I’m confident that if we had interacted with anyone it would have been to notch. I had an oil change and 7500 check up (done at 5200 miles). It was done much earlier than expected. So, to sum it up, service was superior as usual.

By far the best car buying experience I have had. Jim was an excellent salesperson and this dealership exudes competence and delivering the best possible experience with a vehicle purchase. Highly recommend this dealership. No dealer markup on my car, in and out in fifteen minutes, all promises made and kept. Truly gives other dealerships a level of customer service to strive for!
