Parisi Speed School of Morris - Florham Park

Our children have been clients of Parisi for several years. As they progress in sports, they have gone from not always wanting to go work out to asking for sessions because they recognize the value. Sessions are easy to schedule, flexible and productive. Parisi is a great tool for the athlete or any preteen/teen who wants to get into or stay in shape.

We have been clients of Parisi Speed School for over ten years. It started with our four children each of whom trained several times a week for their respective sports. It helped them not only improve their speed and strength but it gave us, as parents, comfort in that as each became more fit, they would, hopefully, reduce their risk of injury.
Personally, I suffered a significant skiing injury and after two separate surgeries, I turned to Parisi for help. Terence has been instrumental in helping me strengthen my knee and get into better shape – more than I could have ever imagined. I am back to skiing and golfing and I am stronger now than I was before.
All of the trainers at Parisi are excellent and truly care about their athletes. I am very grateful to them and would highly recommend not only young athletes but their parents as well , make the effort to train at Parisi Speed School in Morristown.

My sons have been clients of The speed school for the past 5 years. The experience has been wonderful. They have have taken classes and privates and all the trainers have been great. The trainers concentrate on form while lifting and running and my sons have never suffered an injury due to their training at Parisi. Each of my sons plays a different sport, both at very high levels, and their personal trainer, Terrence Fabor, has done an exceptional job in gearing their workouts to what each needs for their respective sport. In addition to my sons, my wife and I both train there and love it as well. The trainers( Andy Nazario and Terrence) are completely equipped to train with clients of all ages and I wouldn't take my family's personal training anywhere else.

All of the trainers have positive attitudes and they challenge you without knocking you down and they always build you up. The trainers helped me develop my skills, strength and agility which improved my overall performance . I enjoy going to Parisi and I recommend it to any athlete who wants to get better at their sport.

As an incoming 8th grader, I love coming to Parisi as much as possible and I'm there nearly 5 times a week to train. All of the trainers are so funny and they make you laugh even when you are extremely tired. Coming here has improved all aspects of softball like my agility, base running and strength. Even one of the trainers had came to my game to support me. I recommend Parisi to anyone who wants to improve in their athletics.
