Two very pleasant technicians arrived on time, took approximately 15-20 minutes to diagnose the problem with my combo washer/dryer, and had it fixed in under an hour. They explained the problem and the repair thoroughly and articulately, and the fee was reasonable—less than I expected, in fact. A great experience—I would recommend this company to anyone!
