I was looking for a realtor to sell my house and buy another one all at the same time. These types of transactions can be very complicated because it requires someone that really knows their stuff and stays on top of everything.

I found Ken and his team via Zillow and am so glad that I contacted them. From the moment that I spoke with Ken he wasted no time and took it upon himself to drive by my house to see the house and area that I was located in. We set up an appointment for the same day and the entire VKR team came (Ken, AJ, and Steve). I explained what we wanted to do and they were willing to accept the challenge. My house was under contract in less than a week and I was able to get more money than I originally thought that it would sell for. They always made themselves available to show us any houses that we wanted to see. And although we had a difficult seller of the new home that we were buying Ken made it as smooth as possible. We successfully closed on both at the same date and time. This would not have been possible if it wasn’t for the VKR team.

I HIGHLY recommend the VKR team don’t think twice to give Ken a call. He’s a terrific negotiator, is always on top of everything, and always keeps you informed (I miss his daily calls/texts). AJ is an excellent professional photographer my house pictures looked awesome!!! I didn’t think that it was the same house. He’s very friendly and is always offering his valuable input. Steve is great he brings in many years of construction expertise and is great when it comes to the inspections and also his valuable input was always very helpful. You get three FULL-TIME agents in one. You’ll never be told that they’re too busy to attend to your needs.

Ken and Steve are the best, P-E-R-I-O-D. Being from Los Angeles I knew no one in FL. I called 3 realtors in the Fort Lauderdale area, they were the only ones to call back and be interested in my listing. Even better, Steve was familiar with the complex my mom's condo was in. They were on time each time, competent, offered sage advice and credible research on the local market. They saved me money by listing it at the right price and offering a fair incentive, got it listed in a few hours, 3 or 4 offers from the first pen house a week later and it closed this week, just 6 weeks later or so after we met for the first time.
