It was very convenient around my schedule, I had virtual meetings. As well with great ideas to cope with some of the subjects I had brought up. Therapy sessions has helped with a better understanding of what things trigger me and how do I handle this situation with out harming my self … We have walked threw with small goals that has led to great accomplishment in my personal life.

I have been working with Kellie for a few months now and she is excellent. She is incredibly empathetic, reassuring, and encouraging, but also pushes me to look at things from other perspectives. She challenges me to use the tools gained in therapy to improve my anxiety day by day. She is incredibly flexible as my work schedule can be very up in the air!

I tried a few different clinicians the past year that didn't quite suit me and I was close to giving up on therapy. Thankfully, I found Kellie a few months ago, and since then there wasn't a second thought about whether I should be in therapy. She has already been an immense help in my journey. Throughout the process she has met me exactly where I am at and my perspective has been refined and expanded in a multitude of ways talking with her. I attribute a lot of my growth to how comfortable Kellie has helped me feel in opening up and letting loose talking through life with her. I can't recommend Kellie and this clinic enough.
