Tellus Self Storage - Covington

This place is amazing. I loved every bit of it!! The employees are amazing people and the prices are amazing. And this place was so clean and organized.

So grateful for Tanya and Tellus Storage. We used Tellus while moving my mom from her house of 47 years. It was a very challenging time for us and Tanya -- with her friendliness and professionalism -- made getting and using a storage space so easy for us. Plus the facility was super clean and secure -- I never worried about leaving my mom's possessions there and I never worried about visiting the space, even at night. In this moving process, I have had to rent other storage spaces at our destination, but haven't seen anywhere as clean and well managed at Tellus. Thank you!

The property manager Tanya is very respectful and knowledgeable. She is truly trying to put you in the best space for the best price. All the prices are amazingly competitive and the units themselves (small & RV) are extremely well built and outfitted.

There are not term contracts and its month to month, which is amazing when moving lots of stuff at a transient time. I've had a great experience in all regards here.

I wish there were 10 stars! This was my 3rd Self Storage experience and my most brief. The property manager was extremely helpful from our first conversation. Their policies are thorough & very professional. There was no stone left unturned in her explanation of their property, their policies, etc. Going "above and beyond" falls short of explaining the property managers service to me. I felt like she bent over backwards to secure me as a customer and offer me the best service possible. The truck that comes with renting a unit is such a major plus! What a great value! I ended up being able to fit all my belongings in my new place and no longer needed the unit. I thought there might be a penalty charge - but no! She wasn't even ruffled - she was happy for me. I've never met her personally but she's been a ray of light during the stress of moving! (extremely accessible & responsive via email & phone) The facility was very well maintained and the unit clean.
